WholesaleEngravableGifts.com ships all packages by either USPS or UPS. UPS rates are calculated using UPS actual shipping cost based on order weight and your shipping to zip code. Most non personalized orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items may take up to 3 to 5 business days before shipment and International orders take 1 week. Express and rush shipping is available at additional cost.

We can ship via COD although the acutal UPS COD fee is $15 and that fee will be added to your order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or with personalization errors due to a mistake by our company.  We will, however, gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective (this covers manufacturers defects and damages to the product and does NOT cover engraving or quality satisfaction). If an engraving error is made by us we will also replace it free of charge. Request for refund/exchange must be made within seven days of receipt of items. We may, at our discretion, require you to return the damaged product or offer other proof such as photo of the item.

We ship to all United States locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Bases and most international locations. Free Shipping promotion does not apply to international orders.
